Payment & Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation
To secure your reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance shall be payable prior to departure as per the agreed payment terms
Final Payment
The balance tour cost is payable no later than 10 days before the departure date. Timely settlement of the balance amount is essential for the confirmation of all travel services and arrangements.

For your convenience, we accept payments through Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Net Banking, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, POS Card Payments, and QR Code/Scanner-based Digital Payments.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges, if any, will be applicable as per hotel, transport, sightseeing, and other service provider policies. Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective service providers and may take 7-15 working days, subject to supplier processing timelines.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy : Please note that the standard cancellation policy may not apply during peak travel periods, including *15 December to 15 January, the month of May, long weekends, public holidays, festival periods, and special events*. During these periods, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners may impose stricter cancellation terms, including higher cancellation charges, limited refunds, or nonrefundable booking deposits.
