- Burj Khalifa tickets are time-specific - advance booking is strongly recommended
- Dubai Fountain shows run at scheduled intervals in the evening
- Mall visits and downtown areas can be crowded on weekends (Saturday-Sunday)
- Smart casual attire is acceptable; modest clothing recommended for cultural sites
- Pick-up usually between 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM depending on season
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers, guests with back issues, or infants (dune bashing portion), & guests with heart conditions
- Wear light, breathable clothing and closed footwear

- A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure.
- Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card.
- All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and services at the time of confirmation.
Child policy
- Infants under 2 years (sharing room with parents): Free of charge
- Children aged 2-12 years (sharing bed with parents) will be charged at 85% of the adult rate.
- Children 2-12 years (with own bed, sharing twin room with an adult): Charged at 100% adult rate
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before departure ? Full refund (except non-refundable services like visa/air tickets)
- 15-30 days before departure ? 50% of total package cost
- 07-14 days before departure ? 75% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days / No Show ? 100% of package cost
