TOUR PACKAGE

• A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure.
• Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card.
• All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and services at the time of confirmation.

• Infants under 2 years (sharing room with parents): Free of charge
• Children aged 2-12 years (sharing bed with parents) will be charged at 85% of the adult rate.
• Children 2-12 years (with own bed, sharing twin room with an adult): Charged at 100% adult rate

• 30 days or more before departure → Full refund (except non-refundable services like visa/air tickets)
• 15-29 days before departure → 50% of total package cost
• 07-14 days before departure → 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days / No Show → 100% of package cost

• Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier cancellation terms.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Date changes or amendments are subject to availability and may attract rebooking charges.
• Holiday Seasonz reserves the right to revise this policy in accordance with supplier and hotel terms.

Non-refundable components such as visa fees, air tickets, and pre-booked attraction tickets are exempt from refund regardless of cancellation timing.

• This itinerary is a suggested travel plan and may be adjusted due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or local regulations.
• The sequence of sightseeing across Port Louis, North Mauritius, South Mauritius, Central Mauritius, and Ile aux Cerfs may be reordered without prior notice - all major attractions will be covered as committed.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to individual hotel policies.
• Optional activities including water sports, island excursions, and adventure experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions, and can be arranged locally at an additional cost.
• Transfers are provided strictly as per the itinerary schedule - any additional vehicle usage beyond the planned services will be charged separately.
