- A booking advance of 50% is required to confirm the package.
- The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit cards.
- All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and cruise services at the time of confirmation.
Child policy
- Infants under 2 years (sharing room with parents): Free of charge
- Children aged 2-12 years (sharing bed with parents) will be charged at 85% of the adult rate.
- Children 2-12 years (with own bed, sharing twin room with an adult): Charged at 100% adult rate
Cancellation Policy

- 15β29 days before departure β 50% of total package cost
- 07β14 days before departure β 75% of total package cost

Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility subject to airline, hotel, and cruise cancellation policies.
- Any non-refundable components (such as cruises, flights, or special services) will be charged accordingly.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after deducting cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
- Date amendments treated as cancellations and rebooking, subject to availability.
- Visa fees, air tickets, and any non-refundable attraction tickets cannot be refunded once issued.
- Holiday Seasonz reserves the right to adjust the policy in line with supplier/hotel terms & conditions.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy : Please note that the standard cancellation policy may not apply during peak travel periods, including *15 December to 15 January, the month of May, long weekends, public holidays, festival periods, and special events*. During these periods, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners may impose stricter cancellation terms, including higher cancellation charges, limited refunds, or nonrefundable booking deposits. Guests are advised to confirm the applicable cancellation terms before making a booking.
